765 Production (765プロダクション Namuko Purodakushon), or 765 Pro (765プロ Namuko Pro) for short, is a fictional talent agency, specializing in training idols and having them appear in various media. It is directed by Junichirou Takagi in the original series, and Junjirou Takagi in THE iDOLM@STER 2nd Vision, and is the company the protagonist and the idols work for.

Naming and Pronunciation

The 765 part of 765 Production is pronounced "Namuko". This pronunciation comes from combining truncations of the Japanese words for the numbers. "Na" comes from "7", pronounced in full as "Nana", "Mu" comes from "6", pronounced as "Mutsu" (an alternative to "Roku"), and "Ko" comes from "5", with the "k-" sound an alternative to "Go"'s "g-" sound. It is a pun on the game's publisher, Namco.
