Haruka Yoshimura (佳村はるか Yoshimura Haruka) is the voice actress for Mika Jougasaki. She is represented by the talent agency Im Enterprise.
She announced her marriage to Saitama Seibu Lions pitcher Shogo Noda on January 1st, 2020. [1]

- The exact year of Haruka's birth is not public, during a report however she joked around telling reporters to publish her age as 21. Her age was finally revealed when she was married to Shogo Noda of the Saitama Seibu Lions Baseball team.
- Most fans refer to her as Rurukyan, or simply Ruru for short. Rurukyan itself was developed from a combination of two existing nicknames, Ruru and Harukyan.
- it’s rumored Ruru spends much time at other peoples houses because her own house is insanely dirty.
- Haruka was trained at Nichinare in the same class as Manami Numakura.
- She’s been friends with fellow CG seiyuu Aya Suzaki since training school, long before either of them signed with an agency or found work as seiyuu.
