Character Description and Personality
Koume is a 13-year-old girl interested in gothic culture. She seems to like everything related to the horror genre, often tending to scare the other idols. Koume tends to have a cheerful disposition when it comes to horror, thinking that zombies are very cute and saying she thinks it's adorable when they trap people. She's also very shy, and bad at conversing with others. She starts as a borderline shut-in, only coming to an idol audition because her mom tricked her into going (saying they were showing a horror movie there).
However, recent cards and the anime have portrayed her as developing an odd sort of friendship with the equally socially awkward Syoko Hoshi, often watching horror movies with her. She is also close with Ryo Matsunaga, both of which are fans of horror. They form the duo unit Eldritch Loreteller, which their song is Undead Dance Rock

She has an SSR exclusive to Starlight Stage, titled either "Melodic Night" or "Hair-Raising Night" depending on the reading.

- Koume is voiced as of June 30th, 2013 through [Summer Yukata Girl] SR card in the original Mobage game.
- Some of Koume's lines in her cards imply she can see spirits or even speak with them, but whether or not this is real or just Koume acting out her love for horror movies is uncertain. One ghost referred to as "that girl" or "あの子", shows up in many of her lines and communications.
- In the anime, she is shown living in a dorm with Ranko Kanzaki, Anastasia, and Syoko Hoshi.
- Her autograph is simply her name with the "o" letter changed to a cute-looking version of the iconic mask of Jason Voorhees from the Friday the 13th film franchise. Furthermore, she even dons that iconic mask in her pre-awakened "gRAvE COmpANioN" card.
