Andy Bruce
Andy Bruce is a Hollywood actor and star. He made his only appearance vocally in IDOLM@STER NEW STAGE 02, voiced by Michael Shitanda (previously known as Masato Amada).
Kaoru Kakitsubasa
Kaoru Kakitsubasa (杜若薫) is an office clerk at 765 Production. She made her only appearance vocally in IDOLM@STER NEW STAGE 01, voiced by Megumi Toyoguchi.
Shouta
Shouta (翔太) a little boy who often hangs around the park, and became friends with Haruka and Chihaya. Haruka refers to him as Shou-kun (翔くん). He made his only appearance vocally in IDOLM@STER NEW STAGE 03, voiced by Tomoko Kawakami. He is unrelated to the Jupiter member of the same name.
Yabumoto
Yabumoto (藪本) is Yukiho Hagiwara's classmate. She made her only appearance vocally in IDOLM@STER NEW STAGE 01, voiced by Yuki Matsuoka.

Shindou
Shindou (新堂) is Iori Minase's butler. He appears in the 2011 anime THE iDOLM@STER episode "Things You Love, Things That Are Important" and cameos in THE iDOLM@STER SHINY FESTA OVA "Music in the world". He is voiced by Mugihito.

Akutoku
Akutoku (悪徳) is a reporter who was featured in THE iDOLM@STER Neue Green manga. He harasses Ryo Akizuki and tries to force him into believing he likes Makoto Kikuchi.
Satomi Kondou
Satomi Kondou (近藤聡美 Kondou Satomi) is an idol who used to be in the unit riola with Reiko Ozaki, but retired. She physically appears in THE iDOLM@STER Innocent Blue for Dearly Stars chapter 13.

Yukio Igarashi
Yukio Igarashi (五十嵐幸夫 Igarashi Yukio), addressed as Bureau Director Igarashi (五十嵐局長 Igarashi-kyokuchou), is the director of a TV station and announces the starting date of the Idol Ultimate tournament. He used to be the boss of a different company in the past, and seems to be an old friend of President Ishikawa.
