Reika Kitakami (北上麗花 Kitakami Reika) is an idol available in THE iDOLM@STER Million Live! Theater Days and originally debuted in the mobile game THE iDOLM@STER Million Live!. She is voiced by Emi Hirayama (平山笑美 Hirayama Emi).

Personality
Her personality can only described as free-spirited and childish. She often comes up with weird ideas like giving the Producer a dried fish flavoured chocolate on Valentine's Day, because it's also Dried Fish Day in Japan. She praises the Producer in ways that are hard to take as compliments. For example, she called the Producer a normal person who looks a bit unreliable, but she truly meant it as compliment, since it makes her feel more comfortable around him. She often takes actions that surprise others, such as choosing a plastic trumpet as a Christmas gift for her parents, mistaking a deer for a bird, or using a dishwashing gel to clean the bathroom. Nevertheless, she always means well. In short, she's a kind-hearted person who loves to see people smile but possesses a unique way of viewing the world that can be hard for others to understand.
Game Appearances
THE iDOLM@STER 2 (Beta)
Reika was originally intended to make her first appearance alongside Momoko Suou and Julia in THE iDOLM@STER 2 before being ultimately cut from the official release. Her character concept was similar to her appearance in later media, but with a different voice direction and she was originally from Hong Kong. There is an unused PS3 save icon graphic that was found in the files of the game depicting idols that resemble Momoko and Reika. It was later discovered that Momoko was originally planned to appear in the game along with Reika and Julia, as evidenced by an early build leaked in 2020 that was discovered in 2021. Included in the data were unfinished 3D models, recordings of The world is all one!! and Visionary, and an early character profile. Leftover data indicates that Little Match Girl was originally intended to be her Image song before being repurposed as a preorder bonus for the Xbox 360 release, and later a standard song in the PS3 release.

- Reika had an ice axe which she really loved, named "Pikkun". She lost Pikkun at some point, as told in a story chapter of 765pro Nationwide Caravan. She later got a new ice axe named "Pikkun 2".
- She likes driving.
