|THE iDOLM@STER Second Vision Data|
Souichi Takeda (Japanese: 武田蒼一 Takeda Souichi) is a talented music producer, and initially appeared in THE iDOLM@STER Dearly Stars. He is voiced by Suzuki Tatsuhisa (Japanese: 鈴木達央 Tatsuhisa Suzuki) in THE iDOLM@STER Neue Green Volume 3 Special Edition Bonus Drama CD insert of Neue Green volume 3.
Takeda is a very flirtatious character, constantly hitting on girls in his offices to the point of even getting slapped. However, he seems to have a love interest in Reiko Ozaki. He's also known to be a show off with an ego, though sometimes he becomes serious and comes to reason.
Takeda plays a minor role in the series but has the biggest role in Ryo Akizuki's story. Takeda is a talented music producer who also writes songs on the side, depending on his mood. He also has his own music station called "Old Whistle" to honor classical music. Takeda has a strong passion for vocal-less jazz music and classic music. In fact, he has a huge interest in The Harlem Renaissance which is where he gets most of his musical ideas. He wrote the song "Dazzling World" for Ryo and encourages Ryo to pursue his original goal to become a male idol.
