"Ah, stop. I mean, when you're a pretty girl, a gal, and the president of a company, you win easily in life. You want me to become an idol? How bad do you want to make me the strongest? If it's fun and gonna make me popular, then it's worth it. Come on."
Character Description
A strong and confident young woman hailing from Fukui, Tsukasa is the successful Chief Executive Officer of a national corporation. Despite being successful and having a vast amount of wealth through the stock trade, Tsukasa simply wanted to have a professional singing career. She is believed to have hired the Producer herself, rather than being scouted by him. Tsukasa often uses business terms to describe events and idol work.
In the tie in Cinderella Girls Theater skits, Tsukasa is introduced by Meiko Namiki. Tsukasa is shown to be interested in gal-inspired fashion, similar to Karen Hojo.
In Starlight Stage, Tsukasa is a well-known celebrity at Fukui who was invited to a show to advertise her company, specialized in fashion design and digital marketing, named Kasa Blanca, for which she also works as a model. After watching the show, the Producer calls Tsukasa to do some business with his agency, pretexting an order for new clothes, but she's actually scouted to become an idol. Tsukasa thinks he's joking, but a deal is quickly found once the Producer promises her idol career will boost her popularity. For her first lessons, Tsukasa initially comes with high confidence, however she'll finally admit that the path to success is longer than expected, and that she must trust the Producer for helping her hone her idol skills, which are different from what she's used to as a businesswoman.

- Tsukasa was voiced on September 23rd, 2020 through her [Youthful Opinion] SSR card in Starlight Stage, as a result of placing third in 2nd Voice Idol Audition.
- If the cast of Cinderella Girls includes the original 765 Production idols (which appear in the Mobage version, known as 765 Angels there) and the four Trainer sisters but does not count Chihiro, she is the 200th idol to appear in Cinderella Girls.
- Tsukasa was the first idol to receive a limited SS rare card as her 2nd SS rare overall while still unvoiced.
- Tsukasa is the only member of Violet Violence to be voiced. The other members are Tokiko Zaizen and Noa Takamine.
- Tsukasa is also in a duo unit with Mayu Sakuma called Girl’s Network.
- She shares the same birthday with Chiyoko Sonoda.
- Tsukasa's favorite meal is cheese cutlet curry.
- This led to real-life Tsukasa fans posting dishes of this meal, along with Tsukasa-related merchandise, the 19th of each month (and sometimes during events involving Tsukasa) under the hashtags #全国CCC委員会 (National Cheese Cutlet Curry Committee) and #毎月19日はチーズカツカレーの日 (The 19th of every month is cheese cutlet curry).
- The name of Tsukasa's company, Kasa Blanca, was revealed on May 18th, 2023 prior to the release of this Select Shop outfit, which was designed by her company.
- Kasa Blanca comes from the variant of lily Casa Blanca, which appears on the company's logo, but beginning with a K (like Kiryu) and the last syllables of Tsukasa.
