...I am Yukari Mizumoto. I've been playing the flute since I was little, and my pitch is good. But, I don't think I'm able to sing in front of peoples... so please, Producer-san, I'm in your care.

Character Description
Yukari is a prodigy flute soloist from the Aomori Prefecture. She is refined and calm, but a little concerned about becoming an idol. She has played the flute in a classical style since childhood, and does not use her flutist trait as an overt stage gimmick. Besides her hobby in flutes, she also has some interest in theater.
In the tie-in Cinderella Girls Theater skits, Yukari is a gentle and reserved girl who seems to be somewhat of an airhead. She falls asleep in the Cinderella Girls office thinking that it was her room. When Yuka Nakano and Noriko Shiina woke her up and told her she was sleeping in the office, she didn’t believe them and thought that they were currently within a dream. When she was preparing for a live, she took into consideration the advice of several idols. She said that having a good smile, a good challenge, making a good dinner, and believing in herself would get her successfully through the event. She also showed up in Nagisa Aino’s dream as “Feiheiren Yukari” who cursed her to an eternity without shooting 3 pointers, with the basketball player's fear towards her somewhat being carried to the real world, confusing Yukari herself upon seeing Nagisa's reaction when they met at the office.

- It is rumored that the sound of Yukari's flute makes herself sleepy.
- In Starlight Stage, her image stat specialty is Vocal.
- She shares the same birthday with Sae Kobayakawa. The two are also friends.
- She is the second youngest Yellow Lily and Mellow Yellow member.
- Mellow Yellow itself consists of three voiced Yellow Lily members, excluding Misato Manaka and Kana Imai, who are still unvoiced.
Fan Culture
- Fans sometimes group Yukari with Atsumi, Shinobu and Nanami, as they all hail from Aomori. This group is known as Four Aomori Sisters (Japanese: 青森四姉妹 Aomori Yonshimai) or Cinderella Girls Aomori Group (Japanese: デレマス青森組 Deremasu Aomorigumi) in Japanese.
- Coincidentally, both Yukari and Atsumi are in a Starlight Stage event HARURUNRUN alongside Hiromi Seki.
- An official unit with the same members, under the Four Aomori Sisters name, was introduced in the 33rd Dream LIVE Festival and brought back in the 45th Idol Live Royale.
