"U-um... A-are you... Producer-san...? I didn't even... want to be an idol... M-Mama just signed me up... without my permission...... I don't like meeting people... I don't know... What... should I...?"

Character Description

Yume is a shy girl who is skilled at drawing. Her mother signed her up as an idol without her knowledge prior, rendering her awkward upon facing the idol job. However, as time goes by, she starts enjoying her work as an idol, while still keeping her shy personality. Her shyness is signified by her speech impediment, except whenever she talks about anything related to drawing.

In the tie in Cinderella Girls Theater skits, the other idols are often shown as being kind and protective of Yume. Always extremely shy, she is completely embarrassed upon seeing Hinako Kita’s painting. She acts as a “soothing green wind” character in Chika Yokoyama’s magical girl TV show, and plays the ocarina in the “Little Marching Band Girls” unit. Yume bought the ocarina after reading a story and hoped to call forth fairies. Instead, she brought forth the unit of band members, became their seventh member, and helped convince Wakaba Kusakabe to become the final member.

Yume: I will be answering some of the questions you sent in and I hope you could keep me company.
Question: I heard that you are ambidextrous, but have you drawn using both of your hands?
Yume: Well.. Not much. While I could draw with either my hands, I can't draw as well doing so. #DereMail
Yume: However, I sometimes have a pencil on one hand and an eraser on the other. It's convenient not to change what you're holding in your hand.
Question: Is there something you want to do when you grow up?
Yume: When I grow up... Well, I think there are a lot of things. #DereMail
Yume: But, the one thing I want to do the most is to see paintings from all over the world.
Yume: Also, since I believe there are differences in paints from country to country, so maybe I'll try collecting some and try drawing with them for comparison.
Question: 'What is that things that makes you happy when you see it in your packed lunch?
Yume: All of the food that Mama makes are delicious... but if I have to really choose one from them...
Yume: Oh. If there's an octopus wiener among them, it makes eating more fun.
